- A excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in Compliance gained in either the Insurance or Financial Services sector to join a well established company in the London insurance market
- You will have experience of working in a regulated environment and ideally studying towards a professional compliance qualification (e.g. ICA, CISI, ACAMS). Support will be provided to complete or start studying
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Supporting the Risk & Compliance Manager in implementing and embedding a robust and proportionate compliance framework
- An integral role to support the company's regulatory obligations, fostering a strong compliance culture
- Coordinating regulatory licence applications, renewals, and amendments, working directly with internal teams and third-party representatives to ensure seamless processes
- Supporting the company's financial crime prevention efforts
- Providing clear regulatory advice to business teams on matters such as conduct, licencing, and regulatory expectations
- Carrying out risk-based compliance monitoring reviews as per the annual compliance monitoring plan
- Conducting ongoing monitoring of the regulatory landscape across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborating with business functions to interpret, plan for, and implement new or emerging regulatory requirements
- Representing the Compliance function at internal working groups and external meetings
- Collaborating with colleagues in global offices to ensure consistent regulatory compliance and knowledge sharing across jurisdictions
