Compliance Monitoring Associate - REV & REGS LIMITED : Job Details

Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Associate role on behalf of a well-established Fintech company, based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake regular compliance monitoring in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Identify any gaps or weaknesses in the Plan and propose remedial actions.
• Assist with scoping, implementing and managing second line testing to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business process.
• Discuss and Document all findings with appropriate management
• Follow-up management's implementation of agreed compliance actions and report all outstanding actions to the Senior Compliance Manager.
• Support the wider compliance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Experience Required:

• 2-3 Years Compliance Monitoring experience within Financial Services
• Strong understanding of the FCA rules and regulations
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to access and prioritise workloads whilst ensuring goals are achieved within allocated time frames;
