Your new roleThe primary objectives and responsibilities focus on ensuring technical compliance across various tasks, which will include reviewing performance, risk mitigation, policy development, and training teams. The role emphasises maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation, supporting a fantastic health and safety culture, delivering customer service excellence, providing targeted support, managing assets, and assessing operations with a compliance-first mentality. Problem-solving and optimising Facility Management operations are also key. Ensuring engineers and tradespeople are safe. What you'll need to succeedEngineering qualifications and desirable IOSH or NEBOSH or another health and safety qualification. Healthcare or commercial experience (schools, offices, hotels etc) What you'll get in return
