About the RoleLevel - 4 Department- Risk Location - London/Southampton Contract - Permanent This role will support the Head of Compliance Advisory and Compliance Advice Manager in delivering an effective and credible compliance advice service to the Affluent business. Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert compliance advisory support across Quilter identifying & implementing regulatory changes, guiding business developments based on regulatory change.
- Review and ownership of Compliance policies.
- Provide analysis of standards, processes and procedures operated within the Business when required.
- Support the creation and delivery of compliance training.
- Support the monitoring of the Compliance Inbox and escalate queries as applicable.
- Liaise with and provide ad-hoc compliance advice to the business.
- Supporting the Head of Compliance, CRO and wider function in ensuring the embeddedness of the risk management framework.
- The role also supports other customer-based activities and will assist the Compliance Advice Manager with other tasks as required.
About YouThe successful candidate:
- Compliance management experience gained within a financial services organisation(s) in Wealth or Asset management.
- Knowledge and experience of UK financial services and regulatory context.
- Having a compliance professional qualification(s), financial advice qualifications or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team.
- Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills.
