Position: Compliance Analyst (Monitoring & Reporting)Location: London/HybridThis role offers a unique chance to be part of a dedicated team within a leading Lloyd's Managing Agent and Syndicate, as well as its MGA business.As a Compliance Analyst focusing on monitoring and reporting, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance team's day-to-day activities, ensuring the business adheres to regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:* Support the delivery of the compliance plan, including monitoring, reporting, and regulatory activities. * Review, analyse, and report on regulatory changes. * Assist in compliance monitoring activities such as contract certainty, slip reviews, and thematic reviews. * Provide sanctions and financial crime support by monitoring relevant screening tools. * Monitor and report on underwriting system compliance. * Maintain systems and processes supporting regulatory reporting and group policies. * Deliver compliance training within the business. * Prepare and submit regulatory returns and compliance management information. * Oversee processes supporting compliance with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. * Undertake additional tasks as required to support the compliance function. Skills and Experience:* Previous Compliance experience from the insurance market - specifically regulation, sanctions, and conduct risk. * Degree-level education or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
