  • Salary: £15 - £16 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and best practises.
  • Implement and maintain effective compliance controls.
  • Monitor compliance performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist with customer complaints to uphold fair practises.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with regulatory returns. ??

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Knowledge of UK Gambling Act 2005 and LCCP requirements.
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulations.
  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in customer interaction evaluation and safer gambling practises.
  • Familiarity with AML obligations under POCA 2002.
  • Previous experience in AGC, Bingo, Betting, or Casino environments. �?

Technologies:

  • Familiarity with compliance management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
