We are working on behalf of a top-tier accountancy firm who are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. This position will manage compliance processes and undertake company secretarial duties. This role is offering full training to the successful candidate. Candidates applying must have experience working within a firm of accountants in order to be considered for this opportunity. Key Responsibilitieso Assisting the head of the company secretarial departmento Monitor and implement updates to financial services and accounting regulations (e.g., AML, GDPR, FCA)o Conduct periodic compliance audits, prepare reports, and track remediation actionso Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., Companies House annual returns, confirmation statements)o Maintain statutory registers and minute books for corporate clientso Coordinate board and shareholder meetingso Produce regular compliance dashboards and status reports for senior managemento Respond to regulator or client queries in a timely, professional mannero Liaise with external bodies (e.g., Companies House, HMRC, professional institutes)Key Requirements: o 2+ years administrative experience working for an accountancy practice is essential o Familiarity with compliance and company secretarial procedures is advantageouso High attention to detail and accuracyo Excellent organizational and time management skillso Strong verbal and written communication, able to engage with senior stakeholderso Discretion and professionalism handling confidential informationThis a great opportunity for a Compliance Administrator seeking a busy and fulfilling role which offers full training.
