The Position
Applications are invited for a Compliance Admin & Support based at our Doncaster site. This is a full time, permanent, position working 40 hours per week.
As a Compliance Admin & Support, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements but will include the following:
- Maintain Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems throughout the Group.
- Minute taking for annual meetings (HACCP & Management reviews) for numerous sites, following up actions on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement relevant GMP and Hygiene Standards throughout the Group including completing hygiene audits.
- Internal audit tracking and chasing for responses and audit coordination. Reviewing and issuing.
- Update systems in line with changes to accreditations including BRC, FSSC, FEMAS, PAS110, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISCC, SMETA etc.
- Updating training platform (Nvolve) with new and updated quality procedures.
- Assist with supplier approval systems for the Group. Liaising with suppliers and customers, ensuring current information is available.
- Assist with closing out external audit Non-conformances.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks / reasonable requests as and when requested by management.
- Laboratory Administration cover where required.
- UDB System data input.
- Monthly ISCC Mass Balance for biofuels.
- Internal audits for SARIA Sites when required to assist during busy periods (environmental and quality) training provided.
The Person
- Level 3 HACCP qualification
- Food Safety Level 3
- 5 GCSE’s Grades 9-5 including English, or equivalent.
- Educated to minimum A-Level, or equivalent demonstratable experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP systems, auditing processes, legal requirements, traceability systems, audit trails.
- Good grounding in factory processes internal auditing and checks.
- Experience within a Quality environment.
- Experience in running and attending audits.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to converse at all levels of management and operator teams.
- Good organisational skills.
- Be self-motivated with a desire to succeed and develop own skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to pull information from various sources, analyse and make decisions based on own judgement.
- Be able to prioritise workload.
- Be able to work to deadlines.
- Be flexible with working hours.
