What You’ll Be DoingAs a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll be working with individuals who have a range of complex needs. Your role will include:

• Supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Difficulties
• Providing clinical interventions like PEG feeds, Tracheostomy care, and Clinical suction
• Offering Positive Behaviour Support
• Assisting with Mental Health and Personal Care
• Encouraging Social Interaction and Educational Enrichment

No Experience? No Problem!Whether you’re already an experienced care assistant or just passionate about making a difference, we offer full training to equip you with the skills you need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• You must be 18 or over
• An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory professional or character references will be needed
