Hybrid Opportunity (3 days office/2 home) with flexibilityStratford, London Based Circa £30,000 Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Company Secretary Assistant in a leading financial services organisation? We are actively searching for a methodical and organised individual with a sharp eye for detail to join our client, located in Stratford. As the Company Secretary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in upholding and nurturing client relationships ensuring smooth communication, compliance and client satisfaction. You will develop key relationships with clients, internal teams, managers, and directors across the company.  Your responsibilities will encompass registering changes to company details as well as managing the company secretary's email correspondence. Your proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow will prove invaluable as you tackle administrative tasks and address client inquiries proficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with Companies House
  • Handle correspondence and communications with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes.
  • Ensure client submissions adhere fully to the Companies Act

Ideal Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in a similar role
  • Law degree or similar professional qualification ideal

Salary : 30000 - 30000
