About The Company:A niche SME Manufacturing company that creates bespoke and specialist products for international export.  They have a great reputation for creating complex systems for a broad client base and are globally recognised as leaders in their field.The Role:We are looking for a Company Accountant/ Finance Manager to join them as the company goes from strength to strength.  The position will lead to further growth as the company makes progress in new markets and will see the right candidate becoming an integral member of the senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting – Manage the full budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts, aligning financial plans with production capacity, raw material pricing, and market demand to maintain profitability and cash flow stability.
• Supply Chain Management – Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to control material costs, optimise inventory levels, and streamline supplier relationships, improving operational efficiency and reducing lead times.
• Financial Analysis – Analyse product line profitability, production efficiency, and cost structures to identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational savings.
• Reporting & Insights – Produce timely, accurate management accounts and financial models, incorporating key manufacturing KPIs to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Proven background running a Finance Team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software & Excel.
