Community Support Worker - Service Care Solutions - Healthcare : Job Details

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting Female Community Support Workers to provide high quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community of Lancashire.

Hourly Rates: £14.50 - £20.75ph (Ltd) with sleep in payments additional.

Hours: Full Time - cannot accept part time applicants

Must be flexible for days and sleep in shifts.

The successful applicant will work closely with the families in planning and developing a tailored support plan for each individual.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting with independent living (cooking, cleaning, personal care, washing, ironing, paying bills, shopping).
• Support with appointments in line with health and housing.
• Support with Medication.
• Support with accessing community to participate in actives and education.

Person Specification:

• The successful applicant must have recent employed experience within Learning Disabilities or Mental Health.
• The applicant must be prepared to support (where required) personal care with dignity and privacy.
• The applicant must be a car driver with full UK driving license.
