Communications and Content Manager
Reports to: Marketing Director
Full time Role - Hybrid 2 days a wfh after probation period
Office location - Guildford Team: 3 (including Marketing Executive)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications and Content Manager to lead content strategy and external communications for our firm. This role is central to amplifying our thought leadership, legal insights, and brand presence across LinkedIn, our website, and media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content including legal articles, press releases, and firm updates.
- Lead LinkedIn content strategy and manage the firm’s social media presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop timely, engaging content.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with firm goals.
- Liaise with media and PR partners to secure coverage and manage press relations.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Law, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and content marketing skills.
- Experience in media relations and digital marketing, ideally in professional services.
- Familiarity with SEO, LinkedIn publishing, and content analytics.
- Interest in AI’s role in content strategy and discovery.
- Organised, collaborative, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
