We are seeking a dedicated Committees and Tribunals Officer to join our team in Milton Keynes. Role Profile

To facilitate, support and provide administrative and coordination support as part of a team, ensuring effective systems, controls and reporting are in place to support the smooth running of ICAEW's Regulatory Committees and the effective discharge of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:* To provide support to the Secretary of the Practice Assurance Committee, the Investment Business Committee and the Chartered Accountants Compensation Scheme board* To provide support as cover, where required, to the other Regulatory Committees (Audit Registration Committee, Legal Services Committee, Insolvency Licensing Committee, Professional Indemnity Insurance Committee) where appropriate * To work collaboratively with all colleagues in the Professional Standards department. * To ensure all written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders is clear, consistent and appropriate. * To facilitate and support the organising and running of any annual training days for the Committees, where required.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:* Demonstrates a clear understanding of office systems and operational processes, ensuring effective and efficient workflow management.* Knowledge and proficient use of database systems, case management systems* Excellent organisation skills with good time-management abilities and be able to manage multiple deadlines* Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders* Demonstrable experience in a legal or regulatory environment
