What we require:

• Regular 2/3 days a week availability starting from Mayonwards, plus a commitment to at least 2 test events in April.
• Primarily afternoon/evening shifts, Thursday to Sunday,aligning with concert schedules.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef with a proven trackrecord in busy kitchens or food outlets.
• Strong emphasis on high food safety standards to ensure atop-tier dining experience.
