Commercial Surveyor - Niyaa People : Job Details

I am looking for a Commercial Surveyor to join a local authority in the Staffordshire area. The Commercial Surveyor will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the lease agreement is being adhered to and the property is in lease state. This role is an initial 3 month contract with extension available. Commercial Surveyor Duties:

• Carry out inspections on commercial properties, ensuring full building compliance.
• Check lease agreements before attending site inspection
• Carry out insurance, risk and building compliance inspections
• Ensure all repairs have been completed
• Contact relevant tenants to arrange property inspections

What is required for the Commercial Surveyor:

• Chartered Surveyor or relevant qualifications
• Experience working in a local authority
• Experience carrying out insurance and property surveys
• Ability to speak to tenants on the phone and arrange inspections
