• Preparing Quotations: Generate accurate quotes and sales orders for our products.
• Order Processing: Ensure smooth and efficient order processing and invoicing.
• Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally with a diverse range of clients, including partners and contractors.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain updated customer records and interactions in our CRM system for data integrity.
• Customer Enquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, escalating issues as necessary.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer excellence.

What We're Looking For:We are seeking candidates with:

• Education: A level education (or equivalent) is essential; a degree is desirable.
• Experience: Previous office-based experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
