The RoleYou’ll be managing the full recruitment cycle for both permanent and temporary commercial roles, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering outstanding results. You will be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your market knowledge to make an immediate impact.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own commercial recruitment desk (perm or temps).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and new business prospects.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief to offer stage.
The PersonThis role will suit someone who is:
- Experienced in commercial recruitment (perm and/or temp) with recent market knowledge.
- A confident, proactive self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Motivated by success and earning potential, with a genuine passion for recruitment.
The Package
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- Very realistic Year 1 OTE of £70,000+ thanks to a strong, uncapped commission scheme.
