We are working with a respected Scottish law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on complex development projects and is keen to take ownership of high-level work in a collaborative environment. The team advises on a broad spectrum of real estate matters and is particularly active in development and land transactions across Scotland.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Background in site assembly, real estate development and strategic land transactions
• Knowledge of overage provisions, clawback agreements and related commercial documentation

Skills

• Ability to manage projects from initial instruction to completion
• Comfortable advising clients directly and handling multiple priorities
• Excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities
