Commercial Property Solicitor - Regional Law Firm, Oxford

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for high-quality work in a friendly, ambitious regional practice? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Oxford-based firm, taking ownership of a varied caseload and playing a pivotal role in the future development of the property team.

You'll be joining a well-respected, modern law firm with strong roots across Oxfordshire. The firm has a long-standing client base made up of regional businesses, developers, investors, and landowners, and is experiencing growing demand in its commercial property practice. This is a chance to step into a key role, handling complex and interesting matters while also contributing to the firm's growth strategy.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will enjoy a diverse and stimulating caseload to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Refinancing and investment work

• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals

• Development work, including conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and development agreements

• Supporting the partners with business development strategy, helping to grow the team and expand its profile in Oxfordshire and beyond

• Building your own network of clients and referrers, supported by the firm's excellent reputation in the market

• Reputation & Quality: The firm is highly regarded for its commercial property expertise, with strong regional connections and a loyal client base.
