Are you a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? The Work You’ll Do:
You’ll manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, including:
- Commercial property sales, purchases and leases
- Acquisitions and disposals of land and businesses
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Development work – commercial, residential and infrastructure
- Finance and securities including overage and clawback
- Drafting development agreements, options and conditional contracts
- Agricultural property work (advantageous, not essential)
- Handling business sales & purchases (hotels, pubs, leisure sector etc)
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Property Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Confidence in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client-care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Agricultural or rural property experience is a bonus but not essential

- Full-time preferred, though part-time or flexible working will be considered
