Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Lawyer

Devon (Torquay/Honiton) – Hybrid

Are you a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? This leading South West firm is expanding and seeking a property specialist to join its respected Commercial Property team, with a clear route to partnership available.

The Work You’ll Do:

You’ll manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, including:

• Commercial property sales, purchases and leases
• Acquisitions and disposals of land and businesses
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Development work – commercial, residential and infrastructure
• Finance and securities including overage and clawback
• Drafting development agreements, options and conditional contracts
• Agricultural property work (advantageous, not essential)
• Handling business sales & purchases (hotels, pubs, leisure sector etc)

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Property Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Confidence in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client-care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Agricultural or rural property experience is a bonus but not essential

Additional Details:

• Full-time preferred, though part-time or flexible working will be considered
