Are you a newly qualified or junior Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, or Legal Executive looking to build your career in the South West? This leading regional law firm, with offices in Truro, Exeter and Taunton, is expanding its highly regarded Real Estate team and is looking for ambitious property lawyers to join.

Your Role:

You’ll manage and assist on a variety of commercial property and real estate matters, including:

• Commercial property sales, purchases and leases
• Advising on development projects and infrastructure matters
• Working with senior lawyers on complex transactions
• Building and managing your own caseload of property clients
• Delivering practical, commercial legal advice to a wide-ranging client base

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Strong interest in real estate and development work
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Applications welcome from those looking to relocate to Cornwall
