Role Overview:They are in search of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to provide exceptional legal advice on a diverse range of commercial real estate matters. The role will particularly focus on clients in the agricultural sector, so prior experience in agricultural law is desirable but not essential. This is a new senior position reporting directly to the Partners, offering an excellent opportunity to expand your experience and client base while handling varied and complex work within our thriving commercial property department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Negotiate commercial leases and provide guidance on related landlord/tenant issues.
• Counsel clients on secured lending transactions.
• Oversee development transactions, including options, promotions, Section 106 Agreements, and agreements related to solar and battery storage.
• Advise on easements and wayleaves.
• Collaborate with clients, their agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers' solicitors, and internal departments as necessary.
• Address post-completion issues, ensuring accuracy in conclusion.
• utilise case management systems in daily operations.
• Manage client billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 PQE in a Commercial Property role.
• Experience with agricultural matters is an advantage but not required.
• Proven experience in commercial property practise is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with commercial and financial awareness.
• Strong networking skills and a willingness to engage in business development opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
