Commercial Property Solicitor - Reed : Job Details

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to work for a dynamic Kent based firm? 

Our client are a leading firm of North Kent based solicitor who have been at the heart of their local community for over 130 years and they're looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team based in Dartford. 

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial property matters, acting for a diverse range of clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasehold transactions
• Site acquisitions and development projects
• Secured lending, including close collaboration with financial institutions
• Business sales and purchases
• Occasional involvement in residential property matters

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
• Proficient in IT systems and legal software
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
• One-hour lunch break
