Commercial Property Paralegal/Solicitor – Tamworth – Flexible Working

A Legal 500 ranked law firm in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its leading team. This role offers two days per week flexible working and on-site parking.

Recognised as one of Staffordshire’s top commercial property teams, this firm advises developers, investors, landowners, corporate clients, charities and retailers across both public and private sectors.

The Role

You will manage a quality caseload with support, covering:

• Commercial sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property development and agricultural transactions
• Commercial refinancing

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (1–4 years PQE)
• Minimum 2 years’ broad commercial property experience
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of agricultural or development work is advantageous
