Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive – Senior Associate level  

Chippenham, Wiltshire 

This fantastic senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm.

You will become (if not from the outset) a trusted pair of hands to alleviate the workload from the Equity Partner/HoD. 

The Role:

You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of real estate law to include 

• Acquisitions & disposals 
• Leases 
• Asset Management 
• Commercial Property Finance, Security & Investment 

What experience do you need?

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial property law
• Strong real estate knowledge
