Commercial Property Solicitor – Salisbury (NQ–5 PQE)

Are you a recently qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to kick-start your career in commercial property law? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and highly regarded commercial property department, working alongside a team of 8 experienced lawyers. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentoring and exposure to a wide client base – from local businesses to national household names.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling a variety of commercial property transactions
• Assisting with matters including landlord & tenant, freehold sales, acquisitions and disposals
• Working on high-quality projects, including property pension investment transactions
• Building client relationships and developing commercial awareness

What experience is required?

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ–5 PQE welcome)
• A genuine interest in commercial property law
• Exposure to or interest in property pension investment work is a plus
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow your legal career
