Commercial Property Solicitor - Somerset

This long-established and friendly Somerset firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Commercial Property Department.

The department act for Park Homes, developers, promotors and landowners dealing with all areas of property development work including residential, retail and mixed-use schemes. 

You will manage a caseload of.....

• Landlord and Tenant
• Acquisition and disposals
• Financing 
• Transfers of going concerns
• Residential and commercial developments

This is a full-time position with hybrid working, both in the office and working-from-home.
