Sacco Mann are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. The firm recruiting have offices across Nottinghamshire and are looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join them in their Nottingham office. This role will be ideal for someone who is keen to take on business development and assist in building up the department and driving work forward.

Joining the Commercial Property team, you will be working on a caseload of quality matters with a range of business clients. You will work closely with a Commercial Property Legal Secretary in the Nottingham office, with support from other fee earners working out of the Mansfield office. You will be dealing with a full caseload of non-contentious transactional work covering Commercial Property transactions including sale, purchase, lease front and assignment, along with business sales work such as asset purchase and share sale transaction involving charities and pension schemes.

The firm are looking for a someone with 1 - 5 years PQE who has a good background in handling their own caseload of commercial property, and an ambition to develop their personal reputation and local network. You must be able to build rapport with clients and have a practical and commercial approach.

Whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Fee Earner qualified through experience, if you have strong Commercial Property experience and come with a driven, proactive, and practical approach, then the firm wish to hear from you!
