Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the lead in a well-regarded, thriving firm?

Our client – a long-established and successful high-street practice in South West London – is seeking a senior-level solicitor to head up their growing Commercial Property department.

This is a standout opportunity for a confident, technically strong solicitor who enjoys both leadership and hands-on work across a diverse caseload.

The Role

As Head of Department, you’ll lead a capable and collaborative team comprising:

• A Senior Solicitor
• A Newly Qualified Solicitor
• Two Support Staff

You will also:

• Manage and advise on complex commercial property transactions, including linked high-value residential matters
• Liaise closely with the residential conveyancing team to support connected matters
• Carry a mixed caseload of approximately 70% commercial / 30% residential

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic solicitor with:

• A solid track record in both commercial and residential property law
• Proven experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• A background in private practice (in-house backgrounds will not be considered)
