Perfect for a high-performing Associate or experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive ready for the step up, this role blends first-rate work, client ownership, and a clear pathway to Partnership.The OpportunityYou'll take a lead role on complex real estate matters while helping shape team delivery and client strategy in the heart of Leeds. Expect high-quality mandates, strong internal referrals, and the platform to grow your own practice with excellent BD support.What you'll do

• Lead on acquisitions/disposals, investment, development, and asset management work
• Advise on landlord & tenant (agreements for lease, lease grants/variations, surrenders)
• Manage secured lending and development funding, options/overage, pre-lets and forward funding
• Run title due diligence, negotiate complex heads/SPA/asset docs, and coordinate multi-disciplinary deal teams
• Own key client relationships; pitch, cross-sell and build referrer networks across the UK and overseas
• Mentor juniors, contribute to know-how and help refine process, MI and quality standards

About you

• UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with strong commercial property experience (c. 5+ PQE as a guide)
• Proven track record running complex transactions and managing client portfolios
• Commercially astute, confident at the table, and proactive on BD/origination
• Collaborative leader with an eye for efficiency, profitability and client service excellence
