Commercial Property Paralegal – Top 200 UK Law FirmA leading UK Top 200 law firm is looking for a proactive Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing Real Estate team. Known for combining the quality and resources of a large firm with the approachability of a smaller practice, the firm offers a collaborative culture and real opportunities for development.The Role You’ll support lawyers on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Drafting and reviewing leases, contracts, licences, and CPSEs
• Title review, property searches, and due diligence
• Land Registry and Companies House filings
• SDLT returns and completion statements
• Legal research and document bundling
• Supporting billing, admin, and client communication
• Assisting with business development (e.g. blogs, articles)

About You

• 1+ year’s experience as a paralegal (ideally in commercial property)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator and team player
• Able to manage deadlines and work proactively
• Good understanding of property law and legal processes
