Commercial Property Lawyer - The Legists : Job Details

Requirements:  

A Solicitor regulated by the SRA with recent experience in Commercial Property. The mix of work is varied, interesting and reliable. We currently advise on all aspects of Commercial Property including Commercial Conveyancing / Landlord and Tenant / Small Business Acquisitions / Residential Estate Development Schemes (~ 2 – 20 plots) / Option Agreements / Enfranchisement / Right to Manage / Lease Extensions / Guarantees and Indemnities / Asset Transfers / Independent Legal Advice / Stamp Duty / Commercial Finance Security. Knowledge of general commercial law such as shareholder agreements and company law, or experience with contentious matters is particularly welcomed but not essential.

Excellent client care and communication skills.
