Your new rolePosition: Commercial PlumberLocation: Loughborough (single site)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: 7th April 2024Pay: Up to £24.65 p/hr (Umbrella)Contract Type: Temporary, (with the potential to become permanent after 3 months)Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Asset Identification: Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing assets.
• Temperature Checks
• Shower Temperature Adjustment
• TMV Adjustment/Servicing: Service and adjust Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) for optimal performance.
• Replace Isolation Valves
• Replacing Taps/Flexible Hoses
• Pipework Alterations: including correcting expansion vessel orientations.
• Cold Water Storage Tank Modifications: installing lid vents, rodent screens, and other necessary components.

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 3 Plumbing Qualification
• Commercial Experience
• Two references from employment within the last 2 years.
