The Role:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Order Management Specialist to play a central role in communication between hospital pharmacies, distributors, and internal teams for time-critical sales order processing of advanced gene therapies. You will collaborate closely with senior commercial operations leadership and contribute to seamless commercial activities that positively affect patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal customers to support commercial operations.
  • Efficiently manage and triage emails and enquiries for gene therapy products.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, and Distribution to initiate supply processes upon order receipt.
  • Generate and manage sales orders in SAP, track order statuses, and communicate delivery updates to stakeholders.
  • Submit e-invoices for specific countries through online platforms.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Create, update, and manage SOPs, Work Instructions, and Best Practice Processes.
  • Align all work with Ethics, Risk, and Compliance policies.

About You:You are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about collaboration, and has a knack for problem-solving. We are looking for individuals with:

  • Background: Business school degree combined with scientific knowledge (biology, pharma, or medical fields).
  • Skills: Fluent English, excellent communication, strong analytical ability, and experience working across regions.
  • Experience: Familiarity with supply chain or operations processes, with a proven record of successful teamwork.

Contract Details:This is a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 4 months, with the potential for future opportunities based on organizational needs and performance.
