Commercial Operations Manager - Up to £60,000 - Fully Remote

Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for the commercial performance of a range of motor insurance products and services on behalf of prestigious brands in the automotive space. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the focal point for all day to day operational queries with our corporate partner clients
• Ensure delivery partner performance standards are achieved
• Ensure revenue plans and income results are achieved
• Manage relationships with customers and delivery partners and ensure outcomes are mutually beneficial in terms of growth and return
• Identify new opportunities and work with stakeholders to shape commercially viable responses
• Understand key performance data and use this information to drive activity to support overall plan objectives
• Provide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activity
• Contribute to annual and other periodic planning
• Collaborate with the platform product teams to harness the innovation power of the company
• Ensure all activity is compliant at all times
• Deliver fair outcomes for policyholders
