First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking an Commercial Operations Manager for their client who are a Fabrication business based in Manchester.

The Commercial Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across our commercial functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial processes, and a passion for driving business success.

The Role:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Analyse and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives that drive sales growth.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and budgeting processes.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
