Commercial Operations Manager - Care - James Frank Associates : Job Details

Our client, a leading business in the Care sector is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth at an exciting time within the business they are looking to add a Commercial Operations Manager to join the team, working with all departments across the business to be responsible for ensuring the seamless operations supporting the business growth and aligning service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a background in the Care sector in a similar role as an Operations Manager, overseeing the commercial function of a business whilst acting as part of the senior leadership team.

This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end operational performance of self-employed care, regulated care and nursing services
• Streamline workflows within the organization
• Identify and implement areas for process improvement across the business
• Optimize training and recruitment resources
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities for business and commercial growth
• Support the development and execution of commercial strategies
• Monitor and analyze KPIs across the business
• Identify and mitigate risks to the business and organization as a whole

Key Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar Operational / Commercial Manager role within a Care organization
• Confident working with all departments across the business, working effectively as part of the senior leadership team
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels across the organization
• Commercial acumen, able to review the organization from a commercial perspective to ensure profits and revenue are maximised where possible
• Strong knowledge of the Care sector, used to working in a regulated environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
