The Commercial Mortgage Administrator RoleAs the Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will be working with high-net-worth clients and Commercial Mortgage Brokers to ensuring clients receive outstanding customer service, and a seamless and efficient mortgage journey. You will be a pragmatic problem solver with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial mortgage industry, experience with complex and unique income structures, ensuring compliance and record keeping is kept to the highest standards.

• Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients
• An in-depth knowledge of the Commercial mortgage market
• Understanding of Bridging finance, Development finance and Commercial mortgage administration
• A thorough knowledge of complex income structures
• Keeping records and ensuring compliance throughout each case
• Ensuring the mortgage application process is seamless for every client

The Commercial Mortgage Administrator Package

• 35 hours per week
• Salary up to £35k (dependent on experience)
• 22 days holiday per year + bank holidays
• Office / Flexible / Hybrid or Remote depending on experience.

Commercial Mortgage Administrator desired skills and experience;

• Experience in Mortgage administration is essential
• Specialist knowledge of Portfolio buy to let, Bridging, Commercial and Development finance administration is desirable
• A pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach
• A desire to expand your knowledge within Commercial finance
• Exceptional attention to detail
