Are you a proven leader in commercial broking, ready to shape and develop a high-performing team? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and growing independent brokerage that’s looking for a Commercial Manager to head up their Account Handling team in Harrogate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of Commercial Account Handlers, fostering a supportive and accountable team culture.
- Implementing team management processes including regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, personal development plans and ongoing coaching.
- Recruiting into the team as required - you’ll play a central role in building the department.
- Working closely with Account Executives and leadership to ensure smooth client servicing and retention.
- Supporting operational improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and team wellbeing.
