Commercial Litigation Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

My Bournemouth-based client is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, working under supervision.

You will be proactive and motivated, with a solid grasp of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience handling County Court claims. Familiarity with High Court claims and cost budgeting is also essential.

You should be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Debt Recovery
• Construction Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Contractual Disputes
• Contentious Probate/Inheritance Act Claims

We are looking for someone eager to contribute to the growth of the team and interested in participating in the firm’s business development efforts.

Hybrid working is available.
