The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s well-established litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

• Contract disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Property and land disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation
• Debt recovery and enforcement

You’ll be expected to provide commercially focused legal advice, manage cases from instruction to resolution, and contribute to the team’s growth through client care and business development.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage complex cases independently
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency

Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 DOELocation: Stratford-upon-AvonWorking Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
