Position Overview:

• As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the litigation practice, working closely with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of commercial litigation, including case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
• Admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
