Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge within a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking legal practice? We are currently working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their award-winning team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to become an integral part of a busy, ambitious, and growing Commercial Litigation department. You’ll handle a broad and interesting caseload of high-quality, high-value disputes, acting for national and international clients across all courts in England and various dispute resolution forums.

You will work directly with the Partner/Head of Department, contributing to the management and growth of the team while providing mentorship to junior solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied and complex caseload of commercial litigation matters

• Provide strategic, commercial advice to clients with a focus on achieving the best outcomes

• Identify legal risks and advise clients on prospects and costs throughout their matters

• Oversee, support and delegate to junior team members

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service delivery

• Collaborate with other departments including Real Estate, Corporate and Finance to deliver integrated legal solutions

• Actively participate in business development and networking opportunities

• Maintain accurate records and effectively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation

• Strong technical knowledge and tactical approach to dispute resolution

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• Commercially astute with excellent client care and communication skills

• Enthusiastic about business development and maintaining high standards of service

• Experience managing and mentoring junior colleagues
