- Advise on a wide range of high-value commercial litigation matters, from contractual disputes to corporate, shareholder and joint venture issues.
- Work on cross-border cases, coordinating with counsel and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and substantive correspondence.
- Manage disclosure and evidence, and attend client meetings, mediations and hearings.
- Collaborate directly with partners and senior lawyers, playing an active role in case strategy.
- Contribute to client development and knowledge initiatives, helping shape the practice as it grows.
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years’ PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation.
- Trained and retained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international, or top-tier firm.
- Excellent academics and strong technical skills, including drafting and advocacy.
- A track record of managing varied matters with competing priorities.
- Commercial mindset, clear communicator, and a team-first approach.
