Join a high-performing disputes boutique in London as a Commercial Litigation Associate. This is an exciting chance for a talented 2–4 PQE lawyer to handle a broad and balanced caseload of complex commercial disputes — many with a cross-border element — while working alongside some of the market’s most respected litigators.This is a team where associates aren’t siloed. You’ll gain exposure across industries and dispute types, taking on work that keeps you sharp, engaged, and constantly developing.What You’ll Do

• Advise on a wide range of high-value commercial litigation matters, from contractual disputes to corporate, shareholder and joint venture issues.
• Work on cross-border cases, coordinating with counsel and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and substantive correspondence.
• Manage disclosure and evidence, and attend client meetings, mediations and hearings.
• Collaborate directly with partners and senior lawyers, playing an active role in case strategy.
• Contribute to client development and knowledge initiatives, helping shape the practice as it grows.

What You’ll Need

• 2–4 years’ PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation.
• Trained and retained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international, or top-tier firm.
• Excellent academics and strong technical skills, including drafting and advocacy.
• A track record of managing varied matters with competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset, clear communicator, and a team-first approach.
