A prestigious Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in London. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious associates from Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or elite US firms to transition into a firm known for its collegiate culture, high-quality work and long-term career development.

The Role:

You’ll join a dynamic and full-service disputes team, working on a broad range of complex, high-value commercial litigation matters. The team advises a diverse client base including corporates, HNW individuals, investors, developers, trustees and charities — often on cross-border and multi-party disputes.

Key areas of focus include:

• Post-transactional disputes
• Shareholder and investor litigation
• Insolvency and restructuring-related claims
• Professional negligence
• Trust, estate and real estate disputes
• Funded litigation and group actions

You’ll also benefit from close collaboration with the firm’s Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, offering a genuinely integrated approach to client service.

What the Firm is Looking For:

• 2–5 years’ PQE ideally gained at a top-tier City, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US firm
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Experience handling complex commercial disputes
• A commercial mindset and a collaborative approach
• Desire to build long-term client relationships and grow within a supportive team
