You’ll join the London disputes team of a prestigious international law firm, acting on some of the most complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters in the market. - Act on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, insolvency, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and regulatory investigations.
- Support and lead on High Court litigation, arbitral proceedings (e.g. LCIA, ICC), and ADR processes.
- Manage document-heavy disclosure phases and complex e-discovery exercises.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
- Conduct legal research, prepare strategic analysis, and assist with trial preparation.
- Liaise with clients and counsel, attend court hearings and settlement meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the global disputes team.
What You’ll Need
- 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation at a respected law firm.
- Strong grounding in High Court procedure and international arbitration frameworks.
- Excellent written advocacy, research, and drafting skills.
- The confidence to take ownership of files and work independently where needed.
- Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales (or another common law jurisdiction).
