Commercial Gas Supervisor is required for our client who is a HVAC specialist in the design, build and servicing of heating and cooling equipment based Near Brighton.

Our client offers their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of Commercial Gas systems, HVAC & Chiller. Our client's ever-expanding client base consists of long-standing relationships and hold national accounts with some the largest high street restaurants.

The Commercial Gas Supervisor should ideally be based within a commute able distance to cover southern region and commutable to their office near Brighton. The day-to-day responsibilities will be to efficiently working in line with service and maintenance operations throughout the company ensuring the project and installations are being fulfilled with client satisfaction is achieved. In order to succeed the targets. You will oversee and manage a team of engineers driving installations quality standards and productivity of the engineers. You must also ensure continuous improvements as well as maintaining and growing client relationships to ensure contract extensions, remedial works, site surveys, provide technical knowledge.

It is expected that the Commercial Gas Supervisor is able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and confident leading technical conversations with clients discussing project, technical advice, pricing, estimating.

Commercial Gas Supervisor Position Requirements

• Proven Management/Supervisor/senior engineering experience
• Provide technical knowledge to engineers and clients
• Commercial Gas Technical background
• Holds valid ACS Commercial Gas Tickets
• Proven client facing / customer service experience
• Leadership skills
• Overseeing project knowledge is desirable
• Experience of project contract framework and negotiations

Commercial Gas Manager Position Remuneration

• £50,000 - £60,000 Base salary
• 25 days holiday- rising with service.
• Pension
• Company Vehicle - Car, Pick Up Truck or Van with Personal use of vehicle
• Hybrid working - majority will be office based and attending sites
• Based on 40-hour week
