Commercial Gas Engineer

Our client is a passionate, successful, and enthusiastic family-owned business specialising in commercial heating and air conditioning servicing, maintenance and new installs, working in commercial and industrial environments across the south of England.

Due to continued growth within the Heating division, the company is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their well-established team of field engineers.

Requirements and tasks

• Servicing, general maintenance, fault finding and repairs on boilers, mechanical and water heaters in a range of commercial plant rooms.
• Submitting detailed electronic reports to ensure our operations support team are able to communicate clearly and effectively with our clients.
• To identify areas for additional works within and outside of the specified contractual requirements.
• ACS qualified in CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1A, ICPN1
• OFTEC certificate is advantageous
• Qualifications in, or experience with Boosters, Oil, Steam, LPG, Catering, AHU’s, Air Heaters, Heat Pumps, Electrical, BMS, IPAF and PASMA are highly desirable.
• Excellent awareness of current health and safety regulations
• Capable of working efficiently, effectively, and diligently without the need for close supervision.
• Passionate about completing their work to a high standard
• Have a professional approach and great communication skills
• Be flexible to support a paid "on-call" rota

Salary and package

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 + opportunity for overtime

Hours - 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday

Travel - Provided with a well-maintained company van and fuel card for business use

Holiday - 25 days
