The Commercial Finance Relationship Manager Role
You'll be responsible for supporting the Commercial Finance & Commercial Brokers on Commercial mortgage, Bridging, Development, portfolio buy to let and Commercial finance cases.
- Identifying the most appropriate funding solution for the client based on the initial information collected by the Brokers
- Researching the market and utilising your knowledge to place cases with the most suitable lender
- Be familiar with mortgage sourcing platforms
- Have a good knowledge and relationship with most of the lenders.
- Complete fact finds and prepare credit paper for banks to carry out initial assessments.
- Prepare client files and liaise with clients’ solicitors and valuers etc.
- Work with clients to obtain any additional information that the lender requires.
- Quality check valuation reports and offer letters to ensure they’re in line with AIP’s / DIP’s
- Process the application through to completion whilst ensuring all regulatory guidelines and company standards are met.
- Be the first point of contact for any queries the client have, referring to the Brokers when essential
- Work closely with lenders stay up to date with their lending criteria and products and maintain relationships with key contacts at the bank.

- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Up to £45k DOE

Commercial Finance Relationship Manager desired skills and experience
- Experience as a Commercial Administrator, Mortgage Administrator or Client relationship Manager
- Knowledge of Commercial Mortgages, bridging finance and development finance (desirable)
- Knowledge of Business loans and trade finance (desirable)
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organised, able to structure and prioritise workload on a daily basis.
- Capable of sourcing solutions, submitting applications, processing, and compliance
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey financial information to clients and team members.
- Collaborative attitude, working effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Attention to detail.
